That's probably just the Spaces audio management algorithm. You can't have multiple channels open at once because the noise floor would get too high, so you switch and duck using the volume of other channels as inputs. I'm not listening to such garbage at length.

It does match what's in the recorded Space on the Twitter site. The YouTube video cuts off a bunch of it, seems like the first hour or so.
