Malta is one of those few places on Earth where abortion is unconditionally prohibited. A doctor can only take advantage of the double effect when saving a women's life, but it's up to the doctor.
There is nothing in the legislature that I have seen that says life saying abortions are not allowed, can you point me to where you are seeing otherwise?
Depends on what google gives me, but there are a number of aggressive states that lack conditions in the brief descriptions. If all 25 or so states are properly careful, this situation won’t occur (or hopefully won’t occur). Some might screw up the wording in their first try. And it’s risky re miscarriages as they look like self induced abortions at first glance.
