Good question! I am using a mix of the latest Python open source frameworks, PyTorch taking the center stage. There will also units on Lightning to make certain things more convenient, like multi-GPU training and hyperparameter sweeps.
It depends how complicated you want it to be and how much you’ve already thought of. You could have a nice clean UI and working app in around a week if you had a clear vision for what you wanted
