I am working to deploy some remote sensors on my farm to help keep an eye on important infrastructure. Things like voltages, bin fill, water levels and other resource management. I may just add a weather station for fun.

Meshtastic is helping out but if anyone knows where to find stronger documentation that would help.

you can look into 'Precision Agriculture' and find quite a few solutions. Deere is pretty much at the front of the game with automation and data that provide farmers with the ability to make super informed decisions.

I use the Aerobin near the house and it 100% works. Eats everything and stays hot to really break everything down.

I live in a 'century home'. Old growth is really neat and something to be cherished. At the same time modern engineered lumber products like LVL's, OSB with insulation and weatherproofing and other innovations should be respected for the purpose they help serve. A lot of older homes in my area are using these new methods and products to keep older structures alive for the next century, with improvements in moisture control and insulation/energy usage along the way.

Everything in a good balance.

One of the best resources on cycling technical and practical knowledge. Without hesitation, as a former pro mechanic the shop i worked in referenced him often and for some of the trickier stuff too. Even as the industry now is getting more advanced with a bunch of new standards the site remains valuable.

This is what i asked it for. In separate sessions it built functions slightly differently and only one of its programs had a minor bug. It was interesting to watch it answer the same prompt differently more than once.

I built an automation on a form for students who have free-time during lunch. Admin wanted some accountability on where students were. The form allows teachers to set limits on the attendance for the room, records names and emails every day and keeps a record of who was signed up to go somewhere on a given day.

helps teachers stay organized and helps keeps the students accountable. Its simple, quick and eliminated paper hall passes etc...

it is small and quiet. But the students use and respect it the admin appreciate the simple records it keeps and teachers like the extra time they get avoiding paper sign ins.

really helped me conceptualize some portions of simpler math i struggled with. if someone had shown me this at a younger age i'm confident i would have had a very different relationship with math.

McMaster Carr is an amazing company. Its like if Uline was doing only hardware.

These guys discuss some details (that were known as of this publish date). It closely resembles the 'attack' on GBP in the 90's by a billionaire.
